OUR CSR PROGRAM

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is the idea that businesses have obligations not only to shareholders but to society at large and must act in social and environmentally responsible ways. This is sometimes referred to as the “triple bottom line,” measuring and responding to social and environmental impacts alongside profit

The triple bottom line consists of “three Ps”: profit, people, and the planet. By focusing on people, businesses consider all stakeholders, including customers, employees, and the communities affected by their operations. In focusing on the planet, businesses commit to reducing their environmental impact

CULTURAL HERITAGE PRESERVATION

Our social responsibilities in the field of Cultural Preservation are  manifested in conservation program on Tenun as a cultural heritage. We provide a vehicle for young generation and tenun craftsman  to enhance their tenun skill and craftsmanship as well as  reviving the environment friendly coloring method that applies natural coloring herbs and ingredients.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

Trainings on e-commerce and entrepreneurship, as well as the provisions of micro financing and product promotion are part of our CSR program for Community Development. As well as complementing our CSR on Cultural Preservation, the program seeks to discover other indigenous products to promote.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION

Environmental CSR aims to reduce any damaging effects on the environment from business practice in our surroundings area. Our activities focuses on reforestation of critical land damage by irresponsible business practice; to reduce or eliminate toxic substances in the air, soil, water; introducing circular economy in our process chain to avoid waste by putting into action the old mantra of “reduce, reuse, recycle”.
